Casa de Chavon is the operational headquarters of the Altos de Chavon Cultural Center Foundation in the Dominican capital of Santo Domingo. The office establishes a direct link with the programs and events of the Regional Museum of Archaeology, the Gallery, the Artist-in-Residence Program, and the School of Design. In addition to serving as the Foundation's information center, Casa de Chavon facilitates admission and orientation for School of Design students as well as offering a diverse program of specialized courses for students and professionals in Santo Domingo.

The Casa de Chavon exhibition rooms feature thematic displays along with the best of Altos de Chavon's arts and crafts, distinctive artist-in-residence exhibitions, and regular showings of the work of senior-year students and graduates of the School of Design. The varied calendar of panel discussions, debates, and lectures is highlighted by professional speakers who share their knowledge and experience with the Dominican Republic.
